Stratford Family Health Team Clinic

The After Hours Clinic is a service offered by the Stratford Family Health Team to provide medical attention to enrolled patients in the evenings and on weekends, when the office is closed. This clinic may also have datime appointments to provide medical attention during vacations.

If you require assistance during day-time hours, please try to book an appointment with our office first, either by using the "Book an Appointment" button on the left of this page or by calling our office. If our clinic is full or closed for the day, then you are welcome to make an appointment with the After Hours Clinic by calling (519) 273-7017.

The hours for the clinic are:

     Monday - Thursday : 5pm - 8pm

     Saturday : 9am - 12pm

Appointments are accepted on a first-to-call, first-served basis commencing 30 minutes prior to the clinic start time. As mentioned above, this clinic may also have appointments available during daytime hours during vacations. Our office or this website will advise you if you are permitted to use this clinic during the day. This clinic is staffed by member physicians of the Stratford Family Health Team.

WHO SHOULD USE THE CENTRAL CLINIC

If you have new symptoms, an ill child, a worsening chronic medical condition which you feel cannot wait until a routine appointment is available with your family doctor, call the Central Clinic.
